The interest

Craig Chappell holds a commercial interest in Nodeiro, a UK based marketing team of five senior practitioners who provide embedded strategic marketing leadership. Why it is declared everywhere

Because a review of a buyer journey can surface delivery work, and Nodeiro does delivery work. That creates an obvious question about whether the diagnosis is shaped by the delivery. The only honest answer is to declare the interest before anyone reads a recommendation, which is why it appears on the Nodeiro page, in the footer of every page, and out loud before any introduction.

The rules

• Declared before any introduction. You will hear about the interest from Craig directly before Nodeiro is mentioned as an option.
• Never bundled. A fractional seat and an advisory seat are priced on their own. Nodeiro quotes separately. You can decline it without affecting the engagement.
• The recommendation is the gap, not the vendor. A review returns a scored view of the buyer journey. Where it recommends delivery work, you receive a plan you may take to any supplier.
• You own what is built. Code, configuration and documentation are delivered into your systems.
• Craig does not take a delivery margin inside an engagement fee. Any benefit from Nodeiro work flows through the declared interest, not through the seat or advisory invoice.
